Calling all Colts! What a first season back achievement for the Paddington Colts

Our U 14's is  the first Paddo Colts team to make a Grand Final  since our return into Eastern Suburbsjunior league, in 2016 a proud achievement in our  first year!

Good luck to our Coaches tomorrow Troy "Ruggo" Rugless and Pete Giles, from the under 15's James Pickering & Bush from our 17's

and of course now the Mighty 14's are in the Grand final let's cheer on our boys en mass in Colts colours at Yarra Bay, La Perouse as the 15's play at 11:30am to go into the Grand Final and the 17's play sudden death semi at 12:30

the boys were down 12 - 0 after 10 mins composed themselves, played how they train and finished winners 40 - 14

Our Managers Under 6's Match Report

Paddington Colts Won 8 Tries to South Eastern 6 Tries

Well this is my Final Review for the Season. It’s been a great pleasure managing the U6s and being involved in the Paddington Colts inaugural season. I am so proud of all the boys; they have really improved during the year, all the boys have played really well and given their all. Well Done!!!!

Odin Goyoaga again opened with a great run sprinting away to score the first try of the match. Odin continued his form with the ball scoring another try and making several tackles.

Beau Scifleet took control in defence giving it to the opposition topping the tackle count. Beau also dominated with the ball making several strong runs and scoring three great tries of his own.

Duke Thomas had a week off on leisure and played well making several try saving tackles and scoring two tries. Good to have you back Duke!

Nicholas Peshos got in and got dirty in defence, and made several good runs to score a try of his own.

Koa Kelk always up and in defence, getting dirty and giving it to the opposition, never taking a backward step running the ball or in defence.

Leo Collins made a cameo appearance this week…. We really missed Leo in defence!!!! If Leo played the whole game I’m sure South Eastern would have only scored 2 of their six tries.

Well Done again Boys!!!!! Great effort with 5 players to get the win against 8.

Paddington Colts U6s played Bondi United at Yarra Reserve - Colts won 6 Tries to 3.

Try Scorers -
Odin Goyoaga - 4 Tries
Beau Scifleet - 2 Tries

With two of our players (Duke Thomas & Noah Robinson) away on holiday our U6s played with 5 against 6 United players.

From the kick off Odin Goyoaga streaked away to score the first try of the game. Odin continued his great running scoring another 3 tries using his great evasive skills. Odin was also strong in defence making several tackles and assisting in several more.

Beau Scifleet was also strong in defence making several strong tackles. Beau made several great runs, running hard and fast knocking over defenders and scoring two good tries of his own.

Leo Collins again making the difference in our defence with his outstanding cover tackles and defence in general play. Great defensive effort again Leo!!!! If Leo's effort into running the ball was as strong as his defending he would no doubt be our player of the match every week!!!! Well done Leo....

Nicholas Peshos had another outstanding game running the ball hard and tackling hard!!!! Nici kept getting up and having a go no matter what United dished up!!!! Well done Nici....

And Koa Kelk always the first one upin defence giving it to the opposition and always putting his hand up to run the ball!!!! Well done Koa 10/10 for showing up every week and giving it all you've got!!!!
